About
Jennifer Phelps, MD

I hold two Board Certifications, in Integrative Medicine and Family Practice, and have over 30 years of experience practicing primary, functional, and integrative medicine. Complimenting my formal medical training, and pursuing my passion for integrative care, I also trained in many non-traditional ways of healing including nutritional and functional medicine, biofeedback, mind-body and trauma modalities as well as ketamine and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
Frank Hermantin, MD

I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who for the first 25 years of my medical career, specialized in diagnosing and treating spinal disorders and musculoskeletal pain both surgically and non-surgically. I now treat my patients, whose pain is not due to mechanical issues, using a combination of medicinal and emotional treatments.
